You must also provide the validation code that the Company sends to your mobile phone or email to ensure that your mobile number or email address you are registering does belong to you.

You should act upon such information only after obtaining confirmation from your concerned Depository Participant / Banker. For all your needs of updating or correcting your investment related information, you need to contact your concerned Depository Participant and / or Banker as required.

Enforcement : The Company regularly reviews its compliance with this Policy. Please feel free to direct any questions or concerns regarding this Policy or the Company's treatment of personal information by contacting us by writing to us at (Email id). When we receive formal written complaints at this address, it is the Company's policy to contact the complaining user regarding his or her concerns. We will cooperate with the appropriate regulatory authorities, including local data protection authorities, to resolve any complaints regarding the transfer of personal data that cannot be resolved between the Company and an individual.
