You should act upon such information only after obtaining confirmation from your concerned Depository Participant / Banker. For all your needs of updating or correcting your investment related information, you need to contact your concerned Depository Participant and / or Banker as required.

Enforcement : The Company regularly reviews its compliance with this Policy. Please feel free to direct any questions or concerns regarding this Policy or the Company's treatment of personal information by contacting us by writing to us at (Email id). When we receive formal written complaints at this address, it is the Company's policy to contact the complaining user regarding his or her concerns.
